Dead Fresh Case Study

Dead Fresh are a great company with a crazy collection of t-shirts and leisure wear. Operating from Actinic V9 Dead Fresh wanted to enlist a professional design agency to get the right look for their business.

Dead Fresh [www.deadfresh.co.uk] is a clothing brand specializing in humorous and funky clothing for teenagers to adults. Based on Actinic, the original website was a combination of standard layouts and customized elements and so the design lacked consistency, thought and impact. Webfaced won the opportunity to assist in the rebuild.

Solution:

Webfaced relaunched the site for Dead Fresh in August 2011 after revising the design of the site as well as the functionality that was holding the site back (poor navigation, unintuitive logic and a dull design.

Results:

The site now stands out as a cool place to buy fashion wear whilst having the identity of a safe, secure and trusted retailer. The improvements to the site from a usability perspective were seen within a week from the company's use of Google Analytics. Logical navigation, improved and simplified layouts and clearer call to actions made it easy for a user to find, review and purchase goods where they once struggled.
