Pain Exchange – Case Study
The pain exchange is a campaign created by Pfizer to help people share their experiences of chronic pain. The platform we created for them is central to the campaign.
With promotion across Europe the pain exchange website quickly gained awareness from patient and healthcare organisations and people started to add comments to the pain scales. The website also collects comments from Twitter where the user has added a hashtag to confirm the level of the pain they are experiencing.
An exciting project and one that focuses on the very essence of social media… the sharing of thoughts and feelings.
