How it works

Step 1 - Choose your bolt-on tasks online

Using our Instant Quote app you can pick and choose the tasks that you want in your campaign. The price will adjust as you use the sliders and switches to tweak each activity. Once you have selected all of the tasks you would like simply click “Get Started”. Simple.

Step 2 - Complete a more detailed online brief

Our team will immediately receive your quote and an account manager will read through your requirements and compile a bespoke online briefing document for you and send you a link so that you can complete it online.

Spend a few minutes answering the questions in our briefing tool and once you are finished click “Submit Your Brief”.

Step 3 - We will call you within 2 hours

Your account manager will call you back within 2 hours to run through your project, discuss any important points and answer any questions you might have. We will then send you a full written proposal which specifically answers your project brief.

Step 4 - Pay for your campaign online

If you are happy with our proposal we will send you a link to our payment page so that you can pay for your campaign. You will only be asked to pay for the first month, recurring payments will then be taken for as long as you wish to continue your campaign. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time!

Step 5 - Your campaign goes live

As soon as you have submitted your payment details your campaign will start. From the point you build your instant quote in Step 1 your campaign can be live within just 3 hours!

How we’re different

Here at Adaptv we don’t believe that any two clients are the same. Your needs may be similar to those of another company, however, they are unique to you. This poses a problem for marketing agencies who prefer a rigidly structured approach to handling clients.

At Adaptv we have all worked for large digital and offline marketing agencies, some of the biggest in the UK in fact. We have seen how these agencies attempt to pigeon-hole clients and roll out their structured processes to projects which aren’t suited. This weakens the success of the project but also increases the cost to the client who often has to overspend in areas of account and project management to try to break the mould their project has been forced into.

We do things differently. By breaking our full-service offering down into small bolt-on offerings we give you the opportunity to build a marketing campaign that perfectly suits your business objectives, your branding requirements and your budget.

WHICH QUESTIONS ARE WE MOST OFTEN ASKED?

Is there a limit to the number of bolt-on services I can add to my project?

No! Our entire business is built around the simple idea that every client is different. If you choose to outsource more of your online marketing requirements to enable you to focus on your core business strategy then we are flexible enough to support it.

Is there a minimum monthly spend?

No! We have large clients that spend several thousands pounds each month because their projects consist of a wide range of modules, we also have clients who spend a few hundred pounds because they want us to focus on a couple of key activities only.

Your project belongs to you and we encourage you to build it with the modules that you require.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. We do not believe in tying clients into 12 month contracts, we want our work to speak for itself, it is only the great results we obtain that should keep you as a client, not a contract. All that we ask is that you provide us with a month’s notice of your cancellation so that we have time to assign your employees to other accounts.

When do I pay?

You will not be asked to pay anything upfront.

Once you have used our online tool to complete your brief a member of our team will call you back within 2 business hours (usually within the hour). We will discuss your brief in more detail, ask you any questions we feel are relevant, provide you with answers to any questions you might have and then discuss the next steps. Following the call you will receive our formal proposal via email; there is still no commitment to proceed or to pay anything at this stage.

Once you have reviewed our proposal and you are happy with the services you have chosen and the monthly cost you can approve the document and pay the first month’s fee online using PayPal or debit/credit card.

We will setup your payment to recur every month. If you wish to bring your project to a halt either temporarily or permanently then just let us know and we will stop you payment.

You will never pay for work we haven’t done. Simple.

Can I cancel my project at any point?

Yes of course, you can cancel your project at any time!

We would be sorry to see you go, many of our clients have been with us for 5 years or more and will continue to stay with us for many more years too. If something isn’t working within your project perhaps we can address it and make some changes so that you continue to benefit from our expert services. If we cannot amend your project to suit your requirements then you have the right to cancel it. All that we ask is that you provide us with a month’s notice of your cancellation so that we have time to assign your employees to other accounts.

What if I want to add more bolt-on services later?

No problem at all. This is actually very common with clients who start with just one or two bolt-on services realising the benefits of outsourcing their online marketing to us and then adding more and more.

If at any time you want to discuss the addition of specific services just let us know. We will call you to discuss your requirements and then come back to you immediately with a revision of your original proposal and a new cost. If you are happy to proceed we will amend your recurring payment and start work!

What if I have a completely bespoke task that you don’t offer?

Have we said that flexibility is our key?! If you have a requirement that is not covered by our current range of modules then just let us know. We will discuss it with you and we will add it to your project for you.

How do I remove bolt-on services from my project?

If a specific module is no longer required we can remove it very easily. Just give us a call or drop us an email and we will discuss the issue with you and if we cannot amend the module to suit we will remove it and adjust your payment accordingly.

Is reporting included?

You can contact us at any point to discuss your project and where relevant we will always feed back to you detailing the successes of your project. You won’t be kept in the dark about the work that we are doing, we offer complete transparency and we are only too happy to show the results of our work.

If you require a specific reporting format or perhaps you need specific metrics each week or month for your own management reports then we can assist you in that. We offer a Reporting module which you can bolt-on to your project ensuring that you have specific time allowed to that activity each month. We can build reports for you in order to provide the intelligence you seek or likewise if you have a report format that you need compiling we can work to your template.

Is account management and support included?

As with reporting, we offer complete transparency within each area of our work and if you have any questions or requests we are just an email or phone call away. Account management and customer support underpins everything that we do at Adaptv so this is included in the modules that you choose.

Some of our clients like to have a weekly conference call with us, some like a monthly face-to-face meeting. In order for us to offer this level of account management without it stealing time away from your chosen modules we offer a specific Meetings & Calls module which you can add to your project.

This allows you to, for example, add one hour per week to your project which is specifically for a conference call with your entire team without you losing an hour per week from your SEO budget.

Are you really UK based?

Yes, 100%. In terms of cost we sit between two extremes; on the expensive side we have the large traditional agencies who recoup their high operational costs through charging their clients more. On the cheap side you can opt for freelancers based predominantly in Eastern Europe and India who’s operational costs are very low and as such they can afford to charge less.

We believe that the cheap option is less than ideal when you are outsourcing the valuable task of marketing your business online. Language barriers and cultural differences can cause difficulties in communication between you and your freelancer. Likewise the work that they create (which is mostly customer facing) reflects your brand and requires an expert knowledge of your market and customers, something that is impossible to do to a good standard from an office in Delhi or Bucharest.

Every business needs to work to budgets and employing staff to handle your online marketing projects can be very costly.
