What is a brand?

Most people think that “brand” and “logo” are the same, that the little picture at the top of your website is your brand. Actually your brand is incredibly broad; it is the visual impact your presence has, what your name instinctively means to someone, your product design, your packaging and the “voice” you use when speaking to customers.
