What started as a cluttered, multi-path catalogue experience was reworked into a far more intentional purchasing journey. Rather than treating product discovery as a flat list, we restructured it around how trade customers actually browse and reorder stock. Analytics highlighted drop-off points in filtering and category depth, which informed a streamlined navigation model. The final build reduced friction across key ordering flows and made repeat purchasing significantly faster for returning users.
