The challenge here was capturing the ritual and atmosphere of the brand without slowing down the path to purchase. We leaned heavily into ingredient storytelling and behavioural cues uncovered through user testing, especially around first-time buyer hesitation. Rather than pushing product immediately, the structure allows discovery to unfold naturally. The result is a site that feels editorial in tone but remains ruthlessly efficient at converting curiosity into checkout.
